Leveraging EOS tools, I collaborated with leadership on a V/TO refresh to align the Core Focus on “seamless UHNW operations” with Rocks like “Automate treasury workflows in 90 days” and “Reduce errors to under 5%.”
In weekly Level 10 Meetings, I used the Issues List to IDS bottlenecks, such as manual AP/AR processing. For the Process Component, I documented and redesigned six core treasury processes (e.g., funding management, contract negotiation, entity oversight) in Notion, incorporating automation via Zapier and Flowdash for seamless integrations.
I led RFPs as project manager, conducting legal/IT due diligence for tools like general ledger bill pay, document retrieval, password vaults, and treasury platforms – assigning owners via the Accountability Chart and setting quality gates for each phase.
The Traction Component was reinforced with a Scorecard tracking weekly measurables (e.g., error rates, settlement times), while the People Component involved training sessions and performance alignment to Core Values, ensuring buy-in from all 13 reports.
