Tileah is the expert therapist leading the team at SoulPower Wellness. She built her business on the idea that eating disorder recovery should come from a place of love and began growing her offerings to include personal therapy, group wellness programs, and more. Tileah had a great idea to host a group wellness retreat for members of her recovery programs and for people interested in learning more about SoulPower. The problem? It’s always an honor when we get to work with someone whose mission aligns with ours. Tileah’s mission was to help others in their recovery journeys, and we wanted to help her find the best way to reach her audience. As plans for the wellness retreat began to take shape, we dove into analyzing Tileah’s current audience to find ways to expand it. One of the issues we came up against right away was the fact that Tileah doesn’t have ONE ideal audience member. Instead, there are a range of personas that could benefit from Tileah’s services: And we had to discover how to reach out to all of them. We focused in on Tileah’s two top struggles:
- Tileah had planned this incredible retreat, but didn’t know how to reach out to her audience base to sell tickets
- Tileah’s audience base was so wide that it was difficult to reach everyone at once—We knew we’d have to get creative.

We needed to figure out what the disconnect was between SoulPower and their audience. We discovered that the problem wasn’t SoulPower reaching out to the wrong people, but that so many different people could benefit from SoulPower’s services that we needed to get extremely strategic about our targeting.
Second
We needed a way to reach people once we figured out who we were talking to, and we decided on custom landing pages as our option for testing keywords, conversions, and impact.
Finally
SoulPower’s current sales system wouldn’t be able to keep up with all the new changes. ROAR would need to build an entirely new CRM, then guide the sales team through it.

This process took a lot of initial setup—testing keywords, developing personas, building and perfecting custom landing pages. Once we launched Tileah’s custom-built ads and sales funnels, the leads finally began pouring in.
SoulPower benefited from having a truly unique and powerful offer, and as the team warmed up to the new sales process, the ROAR team was able to give the SoulPower team the tips and guidance they needed to take their retreat to the next level. In just the first few weeks, we generated hundreds of leads and more than $45,000 in revenue for SoulPower.
Our biggest celebration in this process was the development of those custom personas. We couldn’t have produced such excellent results without the extensive testing and optimization that went into our custom landing pages and CRM.
Given the sensitive nature of SoulPower’s subject matter, we knew we had to get this one right, and we worked hard to reach people right when they needed this retreat most. Together, Tileah and her team successfully transformed their slow sales strategy into a growth-focused, high-velocity success.
Our strategy came down to three simple steps:
- First, we developed different “personas” for all the different people who were a part of Tileah’s audience.
- Second, we created custom landing pages for each of those personas, testing thousands of keywords on Google to see which ones garnered attention with each.
- Finally, we built a custom CRM for Tileah’s team and rolled out call recordings, sales training, and follow-up processes designed to introduce prospects to what SoulPower had to offer, then bring them in when it was time for the retreat.
