Dallin’s Story
In 2017, Dallin Cottle walked away from the world of corporate sales and advertising. Armed with years of business development and marketing consulting experience, he started small: serving a few personal clients at a time. What started as a one-person operation grew into ROAR—a firm built on the belief that every growth-minded CEO deserves access to senior marketing leadership without the $300K price tag.
Today, ROAR CXO is a fractional executive firm that has generated over $600,000 in revenue in its first 10 months of operation—all through organic growth, with zero paid marketing. The company serves 16+ active clients across real estate investing, home services, health and wellness, and B2B services, with a team of fractional CMOs, COOs, and AI officers who work inside clients’ businesses as true executive partners.

Serial entrepreneur bridging Fortune 500 operational excellence with hands-on business building. Background in operational excellence and risk management in Fortune 500 environments, then took that discipline into entrepreneurship—acquiring and operating businesses through private equity, building a real estate investment portfolio of 100+ units, managing property operations across ~250 doors, and founding Value Built Systems (operations consulting). At ROAR, Corey operates as the Integrator—owning execution, accountability, and operational discipline. He’s building the Fractional COO practice and co-developing the AI platform.
