As operations leader, I faced challenges in scaling processes amid high volumes, lacking standardized workflows and tools, which impacted efficiency and the firm’s ability to support rapid fund launches/dissolutions.

Adopting EOS principles, I facilitated V/TO sessions to clarify the 3-Year Picture of “error-free, scalable fund ops” and set Rocks like “Implement new OMS in Q2” and “Standardize reconciliation by Q3.”
Through Level 10 Meetings, I IDS-ed issues like manual settlements, prioritizing them on the Issues List.
For the Process Component, I redesigned six core processes (trade capture, settlements, reconciliations) using LucidChart for mapping and Eze Castle/SunGard Front Arena OMS for automation, integrating DTCC for confirms.
The Data Component was fortified with audit trails and compliance checks, while the Accountability Chart assigned clear owners (e.g., analysts for daily breaks).
Training emphasized Core Values like “precision,” with Scorecard measurables (e.g., break rates, resolution times) reviewed weekly to drive traction.
