The People Component was strengthened by analyzing team fit against the firm’s Core Values, redesigning the organizational chart with clear accountabilities (via the Accountability Chart), and rolling out an incentive compensation model tied to measurable deliverables. For the Process Component, I documented six core processes (e.g., client onboarding, compliance screening) in Notion as a single source of truth, with training sessions to ensure 100% adoption. Finally, I refined the Scorecard with 5-15 weekly measurables (e.g., SLA adherence rate, error incidence), enabling proactive adjustments.
